Tom Crone, assistant administrator for field operations at Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau, retires tomorrow after 55 years of service with TTB and its predecessors in the Treasury Department. Ronald Hancock, who has been Crone’s deputy, is assuming his responsibilities.
