It’s the second American craft spirits acquisition by Pernod this year, following Rabbit Hole. The deal includes Whiskey Ranch, a state-of-the-art distillery minutes from downtown Fort Worth. Terms weren’t disclosed.
The Fort Worth, Texas, distillery is known for TX Blended Whiskey, launched in 2012.
