The two barrel-strength single-barrel bottlings are by Four Roses and Old Forester.
The single barrel expressions will be available for purchase exclusively at Justins’ House of Bourbon locations in both Louisville and Lexington, Ky., on Friday (9/25). A portion of proceeds will benefit The Forecastle Foundation and its local and global non-profit beneficiaries working to protect the world’s natural resources, with a focus on biodiversity hotspots.
“While Forecastle Festival’s 18th edition was not able to occur this year, we wanted to ensure that fans and supporters were still able to enjoy these special bottlings,” said JK McKnight, founder of Forecastle Festival and The Forecastle Foundation.
“The support we receive annually from festival-goers and partners contributes a significant amount of funding that directly impacts our ability to protect more biodiversity. We are extremely grateful for this partnership with Justins’ House of Bourbon, which helps us work toward our goal in a different way.”
