Jaja Tequila Is Launched

Jaja Spirits, LLC, New York, launched its flagship luxury Tequila—Jaja. Proudly Hecho en México and translated to “Ha Ha” in English, the triple-distilled, gluten-free spirit is made of 100% Pure Blue Weber Agave for a smooth and satisfying experience.

JAJA is the brainchild of brothers Elliot and Maurice Tebele, alongside childhood pal, Martin Hoffstein.

To introduce JAJA to market, the team joined forces with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits for distribution, North America’s largest wine and spirits wholesaler. This power move has positioned JAJA to present this eco-friendly Tequila nationwide, and eventually abroad.

“We have all the makings of a power brand – from a state-of-the-art distillery, to the sourcing of our ingredients native to Jalisco, and our colorful artist-inspired bottle design,” said Maurice Tebele. “By collaborating with Southern Glazer’s for distribution, JAJA is positioned to take advantage of the rapidly-growing demand for Craft Tequila.”

Two Tequilas lead the launch: Blanco and Reposado. Blanco features notes of black pepper, is sweet and herbal, and will have a suggested retail of $39.95. The Reposado expression, rested for six months in fine oak barrels, includes notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, at a suggested retail price of $49.95. All configurations are triple-distilled to ensure purity

Consumers can find JAJA at select retailers nationwide, and on demand at Drizly.com.

JAJA represents the first full-scale digital launch of a spirit and marks an era-defining evolution in the way new alcoholic beverage brands are introduced to market.
