The plaintiff alleges Pabst Brewing Co. LLC allegedly created the impression that its beer was brewed using Washington state artesian water for which it was famed but instead brewed in a mass-production facility in Los Angeles County.
The alleged misrepresentation induced the plaintiff to pay more than he otherwise would have for Olympia Beer, the class-action lawsuit alleges. It was filed in a federal district court in Sacramento.
