Pittsburgh Brewing Sold; Buyer Not Named

Verus Investment Partners (“Verus”), a private equity firm, said it sold its portfolio company, Pittsburgh Brewing Co. (“PBC”).  Neither the buyer nor terms were released, and Verus didn’t immediately return our call.
