Worker Electrocuted at Caribbean Distillers in Florida

Andrew Rowe, 33, was attempting to fix a conveyor belt.  It appeared he had turned off the power to the line he was working on, but a wire connected to the motor was live, and the lock-out system used to shut off power was affixed to the wrong circuit breaker.
