Patron Spirits said two senior executives – Dave Lawrence, chief financial officer, and Phil Gervasi, evp-North American sales – will retire, following Patron’s acquisition by Bacardi Ltd. Lawrence will be succeeded by Albert Latour, a 17-year Bacardi veteran. Upon Lawrence’s retirement by the end of this fall, Darren Doalson will assume the role of Vice President/Managing Director of North American Sales at Patrón.
Dustin Watts, longtime vp-marketing and sales at Terrapin Beer Co., Athens, Ga., was named president of the Athens, Ga.-based brewery, effective Sept. 1. He succeeds Frank Skorzewski, who will retire.
SakéOne hires Erik Svenson as the new National Sales Manager for the Oregon-based company. He joins from Hood River Distillers, where he was vp-sales for more than a decade.
