Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC) announced key leadership appointments:
—Tom White has been named Executive Vice President of Strategy and Integration. He was Region President East. Mark Moser succeeds him.
— Taylor Sommer has been named Region President of RNDC Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. He had been EVP of RNDC Colorado.

William Chris Vineyards hires Leah Derton as senior director of marketing. She joins from Yeti, where she led brand strategy and communications for the outdoor lifestyle brand.
Dan Leese, founder of V2 Wine Group, now a part of Delicato Family Wines, is leaving Delicato “to take on an exciting leadership role within the spirits industry,” Chris Indelicato, president/CEO of Delicato, announced.
