Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau names Nicolas Colucci assistant administrator, field operations. He joins from Department of Homeland Security, where he was associate director for the Service Center Operations Directorate within DHS’s Citizenship and Immigration Services unit.
Marc Young joins TTB as director of the Office of Communications, overseeing internal and external communications, including TTB’s website. He joins from the Corporation for National and Community Service, the federal agency that oversees AmeriCorps.
