Owners of the Pisano Family Wines in Luzerne County have been notified by Lehman Township zoning officials that their business “is not a permitted use in the A-1 (Agricultural) Zoning District.”  But they say they got zoning approval in 2019, hold all the necessary licenses and obey all township regulations.  (PennLive).
