How to Succeed In Wine and Weed

While some in the industry are attempting to sway consumers back towards wine, other brands and corporations are investing in marijuana as a way to diversify their holdings. Chief among these in the wine industry is Constellation Brands $4 billion USD in Canopy Growth Corporation, a diversified cannabis company, in 2018. The film director and winery owner Francis Ford Coppola introduced a cannabis lifestyle brand, Growers Series by Francis Ford Coppola, featuring three organic cannabis strains, in November of last year. Clever entrepreneurs are figuring out how to straddle both worlds in order to connect with consumers who will continue drinking wine while adding marijuana and marijuana-based products into their lives.  (Forbes)
