On the heels of the successful launch of Snoop Dogg’s INDOGGO Gin, Trusted Spirits announced today that Emmy nominated actor, host and producer Terrence ‘J’ Jenkins has been named the company’s first creative director. A 20-year veteran of the entertainment industry, Jenkins served as host of the longest-running music countdown show in BET history, 106 & Park, as well as the popular national entertainment show E! News.
As Creative Director, Jenkins will work with Trusted Spirits Co-Founders Keenan Towns and Marc Weisberg and will be responsible for creating the company’s social responsibility programs and spearhead community relations in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and New York beginning in 2021. Additionally, he will oversee the development team for creating virtual celebrations with HBCU’s during homecoming season.
