South Carolina House Re-Established Limits on Licenses One Can Hold

The South Carolina House voted, 100-1, to send to the governor a bill that limits the number of stores a person can own to three, except in seven counties that have more than 250,000 people.  In those counties, a person can own six stores.

A prior law had been voided by the state supreme court.
