Sin City Brewing Co. unveiled its first seasonal Sour that introduces a personalized craft beer experience to the Las Vegas Strip. Beer purists can enjoy the sharp sour profile on its own, but those who prefer a sweet sip can customize the new brew with one of four fresh fruit purees — raspberry, blood orange, pineapple or passion fruit.
“We wanted to do something different and interactive that would appeal to the entirety of our diverse fan base,” said Sin City’s Master Brewer Rich Johnson. “Offering multiple flavor options also allows us to offer a unique experience not found anywhere else in Las Vegas.”
Taking his cue from the Berlin tradition of offering syrup options for the distinct Berliner Weisse beer, Johnson honors rich beer traditions in the American craft scene. Sin City’s take has a light 5% ABV and a minimal IBU, highlighting the exquisite sour character that makes it perfect for a spring afternoon of outdoor drinking.
