Harbor Distributing, a Reyes Holdings company and part of Reyes Beer Division, has officially closed its acquisition of W.A. Thompson, Inc. in Bakersfield, Calif. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Through this acquisition, Harbor expands its territory to include facilities in Bakersfield, Lancaster and Barstow,and will do business under the name High Desert Distributing.
This acquisition adds approximately 200 new employees, 7.1 million cases and 2,500 new customer accounts to Harbor’s existing business in the state of California.
