Harbor Distributing, L.L.C. (Reyes Beer Division) agreed to acquire
substantially all of the assets of Redding Distributing Co., Redding, Calif. The transaction is scheduled to close on Friday, April 30, 2021, and will roll into Reyes Beer Division’s existing Golden Brands operations.
“When we officially established roots in Northern California in September 2019, we knew it was a very special market,” said Tom Day, CEO, Reyes Beer Division. “We’ve seen incredible growth and success in a short period of time with our Golden Brands operations. We are grateful to have another opportunity to grow and welcome Redding Distributing’s operations to our business in Northern California.”

The acquisition will add approximately 90 employees, 700 customers, 2 million cases, and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Constellation Brands, Heineken USA, Diageo, Mike’s, Sierra Nevada, and Boston Beer.
