Reyes Beer Division to Acquire Bay Area Beverage Co.

Harbor Distributing, L.L.C. has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Bay Area Beverage Co. in Northern California. The transaction is scheduled to close on Friday, June 12, 2020 and will roll into Reyes Beer Division’s existing Golden Brands operations in Northern California.

The acquisition will add approximately 8 million cases and nearly 3,000 new customer accounts, and includes brands from key suppliers such as Molson Coors, Heineken USA, Constellation Brands, Diageo, Mike’s and Lagunitas.

This comes after Reyes Beer Division completed five acquisitions across its national footprint over the past six months, adding approximately 9.8 million cases to its volume, and continuing to strengthen its partnerships with suppliers such as Constellation Brands, Molson Coors, Heineken USA, Diageo, Mike’s, Boston Beer, Lagunitas, Mark Anthony Brands, Stone Brewing Co., Pabst Blue Ribbon, Belching Beaver, Yuengling, Sierra Nevada, Dogfish Head, Founders, and more.
