Prisoner Wine Co., known for its defiantly different wine blends, introduced Eternally Silenced (SRP $54.99), the brand’s first pinot noir, which ships this month.
Described as rich and elegant, yet soft and well-balanced, this pinot noir is said to have aromas of pine needles, cranberries, dark cherry, clove and brown spice. Red berry flavors with ample structure and seamless tannin on the palate make this a red wine to have on hand this fall and holiday season.
Each bottle is hand-dipped in wax, partially obscuring the mysterious figure on its label, a tantalizing tease of its unknown contents. Sourced from a diverse variety of grapes from a premier network of vineyards in California, the resulting wine is an interesting blend of distinct quality and character.
