Pernod Ricard Winemakers to Create Bat and Owl Boxes from Pallets

Pernod Ricard Winemakers USA employees will create owl and bat boxes from broken production pallets June 6 for use in the Kenwood and Mumm Napa vineyards, thereby helping numerous species of owls and bats.

The creative project will be part of Pernod Ricard’s global Responsib’ALL Day whose focus, since it was created in 2010, is sustainability and responsibility.  The idea this year is to encourage employees to reimagine the way they use, dispose, and minimise waste, ultimately moving toward more circular models of consumption.
