Mutiny Island Vodka Launches in USVI, Puerto Rico

It’s distilled at the newly opened Sion Farm Distillery on the Caribbean Island of St. Croix and derives its name from the famous Mutiny on the Bounty.  It’s the creation of Chef Todd Manley, originally from Virginia, and uses Breadfruit as its key ingredient.

Breadfruit is touted by many as a superfood.  It’s a versatile tropical fruit known through the Caribbean and Pacific islands.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Mutiny Island Vodka will be donated to the Trees That Feed Foundation to help alleviate hunger in tropical countries, says Manley.

After launching in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, Manley plans to expand Mutiny throughout the U.S.
