Kansas Gov. Extends Cocktails To-Go to March 31

Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly signed SB14 which includes allowing cocktails to-go from restaurants and bars until March 31, 2021.

“With the extension of cocktails to-go, Kansas hospitality businesses will continue to have a vital economic lifeline during the pandemic,” said Kristi Brown, Senior Director of State Government Relations, Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S. “Kansas bars and restaurants have been some of the hardest hit during COVID-19, and cocktails to-go have allowed many of them to survive. We thank Governor Kelly for extending cocktails to-go and for supporting local businesses as they struggle to cope with the harsh economic impacts of the pandemic.”
