It’s Not What You Do, But How You Do It: TTB Accepts Offer in Compromise from Alexander Valley Cellars

Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau accepted a $25,000 offer in compromise from the Healdsburg, Calif., vintner.  Alexander Valley Cellars allegedly failed to electronically deposit Federal Excise Taxes from Jan. 1, 2015, through March 15, 2017.

In accepting the offer, TTB noted Alexander Valley paid the FET in a timely fashion, just not via electronic funds transfer.
