Tim Moore, co-owner of Inspire Moore Winery in Naples, N.Y, beat skin cancer. But now that cancer has returned, and he’s battling Stage 4 brain metastes.
He’s receiving monthly immunotherapy treats from one of the best brain cancer oncologists from New York University. Those treatments will last a year and have caused major challenges for Tim and his wife Diane.
So a number of friends have organized a major fundraiser to help cover the many medical expenses related to the treatment plan. “As Tim and Diane have hosted many local and national musical acts at the winery, it’s only fitting that an event be held to spread the joy, love and gratitude which is so valuable during their battle for health and life,” Suzanne Farley, a close friend and owner of a Naples gift shop, said.
Wineries, breweries, restaurants, shops, artists and individuals have donated beverages, vacation trips, overnight stays, art and collectibles to be auctioned Sunday. There will also be a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, food trucks, wine and beer bars, T-shirt sales, an open bluegrass jam session and live entertainment.
