Dutton-Goldfield, a Russian River producer, appointed Folio Fine Wine Partners as its national sales and marketing partner, effective February 1. The appointment marks the producer’s first national distribution agreement and is the first Sonoma producer to join the respected national importer, expanding their domestic wine portfolio.
“I am thrilled to join with Folio Fine Wine Partners,” said Dan Goldfield. “Since we founded Dutton-Goldfield in 1998 our business has been based upon knowing our land, our vineyards, our neighborhood, and our customers.
“My first job in the wine industry was with Robert Mondavi Winery in 1985, where I first met Michael. Our outlooks on our business, and our wine country home, are wonderfully aligned. I am excited about what this partnership does for Dutton-Goldfield’s potential in the national market. We will continue to offer our prestige wines to our trade partners and customers across the US.”
