FDA Clears Way for Production, Details Minimum Requirements

Normally, production of hand sanitizer requires federal permission.  Food & Drug Administration has waived that requirement for the duration of the public health emergency.  Here’s a copy of the FDA waiver and the requirements distillers must meet to produce it during this time.
