Dry Fly Distilling is planning to boost production 730%, to 250,000 gallons a year from 30,000, and plans to move to downtown Spokane, occupying 32,000 square feet on two floors of the former Spokane Spokesman-Review printing plant.
The new facility, which will open in late Spring or early summer 2020, will feature a tasting room and a full-service restaurant.
The reason for the major expansion is the company’s entry into the South Korean market, followed by other Pacific Rim countries.
