Domaine Bousquet Intros Natural Origins

Domaine Bousquet, an Argentinian purveyor of wines, introduces Natural Origins, a new series of three-liter box wines made from organically grown grapes.

Natural Origins Malbec and Natural Origins Cabernet Sauvignon are South America’s first box wines made from organically grown grapes. A Natural Origins Chardonnay and a Rosé are confirmed to ship soon after, just in time for summer. All four are line-priced retailing at $20 per 3L box. All four wines are also vegan, and once opened will remain fresh for 30 days.

“With Natural Origins 3L boxed wines, we are uniquely positioned to attract new buyers to the organics space. The cost-effective, environmentally friendly packaging enables us to deliver these wines at an affordable price,” said Labid Ameri, co-owner, Natural Origins

According to recent Nielsen data, the end of March saw a 53% increase in 3L boxed wine sales due to “stocking up.” But, for husband-and-wife team Labid Al Ameri and Anne Bousquet, whose Domaine Bousquet brand accounted for shipments of more than 120,000 cases of wine last year to the U.S. alone, all made with organic fruit, Natural Origins is part of a longer-term, “natural” strategy.
