Grain & Barrel Spirits is introducing Chicken Cock 10-Year-Old Double Barrel Bourbon. Master Distiller Gregg Snyder selected 12 barrels of 10 year old bourbon, marrying them two barrels at a time.
The resulting small batch bourbon is 104 proof. The 1,980 bottles are in the Pre-Prohibition Era style, with sipping glass cap. The mash bill is 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley.
