Maine House Votes to Put Bottle Deposit on Miniatures

Because there’s no deposit on them, “nips” have become a litter problem, state representatives say.  The solution:  Put the same bottle deposit on them that is put on 750ml bottles. That’s what the Maine House has voted to do.
