Cardinal Spirits, a craft distillery in Bloomington, Ind., is expanding its distribution to Kentucky, its first market outside of Indiana, through River City Distributing Inc. Louisville. And, the distillery has partnered with Good Folks Coffee Co., a Louisville coffee roaster, for a Kentucky-only edition of its coffee liqueur.
Cardinal Spirits will distribute these three spirits in Kentucky:
- Songbird Craft Coffee Liqueur, made with locally roasted coffee from Good Folks Coffee Co. in the Shelby Park neighborhood of Louisville.
- Tiki Rum, a light, tropical rum.
- Black Raspberry Bramble, a vodka infused with whole black raspberries and hibiscus.
In Bloomington, Ind., where Cardinal Spirits is based, the distillery partners with local roaster Hopscotch Coffee for the Indiana version of the coffee liqueur.
