Alcohol Policy Conference Set for Aug. 26-27 in Boston

The U.S. Supreme Court hasn’t issued its decision yet in the Tennessee Retailers v. Thomas case, but it’s one of several items that will be discussed at the Alcohol Policy Conference, Aug. 26-27 in Boston at the Marriott Copley Place.

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey will deliver the keynote.  Other sessions will include discussion of liquor bans on college campuses, the history of the 21st Amendment, using state alcohol regulations to fight human trafficking, federal regulation of marijuana, and how to utilize public health concerns in state alcohol regulation.
