Alabama breweries will be able to sell in cans and bottles, beginning tomorrow. That’s a big deal: Until now they have only been allowed to sell beer by-the-glass at their breweries.
Under a new law, effective June 1, they will be able to sell six packs, 64-ounce growlers and 32 ounce crowlers.
