Accolade Wines Sell U.S. Brands, including Geyser Peak

Other brands included in the sale are Geyser Peak, Atlas Peak, XYZin and Outlot.  The buyer is  2 Bears LLC.  Terms weren’t disclosed.  The transaction doesn’t include the Geyseer Peak winery or tasting room.
