Two Robbers Hard Seltzer, Philadelphia, names Adam Bartles as vice president of operations and Terry Matthews as vice president of sales.  Bartles joins from ZX Ventures, an Anheuser-Busch InBev company, where he was global manager, specialties operations. Terry Matthews joins from Southern Tier Brewing Co., where he was national key account director.
