St. Louis Brewery, maker of Schlafly Beer, promotes Fran Caradonna to chief executive officer.  She joined the brewery earlier this year as Chief financial officer and chief administrative officer.  Emily Parker-Lampe, former head of brewing operations, who has been serving as interim CEO for the last six months, is now chief of brewery operations.
