Roughly half the ABC’s revenue is spent acquiring bev/al products to be sold. Some 13.2% reflects the cost of operating the ABC stores and warehouse. Some 4.4% of revenue is for the administrative costs to support the business, and 2.2% is for enforcement of Virginia’s alcohol beverage laws.
