Two Rivers Beer Co., Waco, Tex., said it acquired majority ownership in Bare Arms Brewing, Waco’s okdest craft brewer. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Kevin Yackley, CEO of Two Rivers, will become the new CEO of Bare Arms, and Keith Collier will remain Head Brewer.
