TTB to Allow More Efficient Storage at Suppliers’ Warehouses

Proprietors of distilled spirits plants (DSPs), bonded wine cellars (BWCs), and breweries may submit requests for approval to store tax-determined and non-tax-determined products on their premises in a way that varies from TTB requirements for the purpose of storing tax-determined and non-tax-determined products in a more flexible or efficient manner.  Details are in Industry Circular 2018-3.
