TTB Accepts $40,000 Compromise from Indian River Beverage

The Cape Canaveral, Fla., producer failed to properly classify wine or cider, TTB said, and failed to timely report and pay federal excise tax from Aug. 16, 2011, to Dec. 31, 2016.
