Great Lakes Distillery Founder Launches Non-Alc Company

Boundless Beverage‘s first first product will be Junipre (pronounced like juniper), a nonalcoholic botanical spirit with flavors of juniper, ginseng, orange zest, coriander, cardamom and chili pepper.  It will launch at Great Lakes Distillery’s tasting room.

“The basis was modeled after our gin that we produce at the distillery, Rehorst Gin, but it does not have the same flavor profile,” Guy Rehorst told the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.  He said he began working on Junipre before Covid.  Covid complicated things, including making it harder to get materials.

Distribution in Wisconsin is through Capitol-Husting and Allstate Distributors.

Cigar City Intros the Jai Alai Mix Pack

Cigar City Brewing (CCB), Tampa, releases Jai Alai IPA Mixed 12-Pack, a variety pack of four different iterations of its flagship beer in a single package.

It features three twelve-ounce cans each of Jai Alai IPA, Jai Low IPA, the highly sought-after White Oak Jai Alai IPA, and the much-anticipated new Pineapple Tangerine Jai Alai IPA. The new variety pack is currently available in the Spruce Street Taproom and will see gradual distribution across Cigar City Brewing’s national footprint beginning in January 2022.

Cigar City Brewing is a key partner in CANarchy, a craft brewing collective that represents the largest canned craft beer supplier in the country.
