NY Man Pleads Guilty to Bootleg Charges

Juncheng Chen, 45, pleaded guilty to importing hundreds of bev/al bottls, including more than 500 bottles of Hennessy.  His attorney argued the bottles, purchased at a New Hampshire ABC store were for personal use.

Chen will pay more than $1,200 in unpaid liquor import taxes, and agrees to forfeit all of the liquor, which will be put up for auction by New York State.

He will face other penalties at a sentencing hearing next month.
