NY Gov OKs Liquor in Ice Cream

Wine, beer and cider could already legally be an ingredient in ice cream, and now New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed a bill adding distilled spirits to the list of products that can legally contain ice cream.  The resulting product can’t contain more than 5% alcohol.
