Northside Distilling to Debut Bourbon Nov. 4

Just 500 bottles will be available from the Cincinnati craft distiller.  The Bourbon was aged in 5-gallon new charred oak barrels. The small surface area of the barrels allows for more contact with the wood and allowing a faster maturing of the bourbon. 

While waiting for the Bourbon to mature, Northside produced corn whiskey, moonshine, and vodka.
