National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors said it is partnering with Texas A&M University to offer wholesalers both a “Micro Degree,” Leading Innovation and Accelerating Implementation, and a certificate in Distribution Professional Management.
The Micro Degree is a five-month breakthrough program. Four days are on the Texas A&M campus and the rest is through interactive distance learning study.
This program is designed to help high-potential distribution leaders develop the soft skills required to lead project management and successful implementation. This first-of-its-kind leadership program will help participating project leaders become effective innovation managers who produce results. For info, click here.
