Home Town Advantage? Miller Lite Replaces Landshark as Navy Pier Sponsor

We don’t suppose the fact MillerCoors’ corporate headquarters are in Chicago has anything to do with it, but Miller Lite was named the official beer sponsor of Chicago’s Navy Pier, replacing Anheuser-Busch‘s Landshark.  A-B has been the beer sponsor since 2005.

Biggest benefit:  Naming rights to the Navy Pier Beer Garden, which will serve only MillerCoors brands, as will two new kiosks on the outdoor pedestrian area.  Other eateries at the tourist attraction will still be able to serve whatever beers they want.
