Heineken Launches Latest James Bond-Themed Commercial

It features Daniel Craig and comes ahead of the April release of the 25th James Bond film, No Time To Die. Heineken partnered with the Bond franchise for the last eight films.

The TV commercial, which will be shown in over 75 countries, gives a fresh perspective on Daniel Craig’s iconic portrayal of James Bond. Focusing on the premise that Daniel Craig will always be James Bond in the eyes of fans around the world. Watch the new commercial here.

Starting with a high-speed taxi sequence, Daniel Craig is constantly recognized as James Bond by surprised locals as he hunts down his missing passport, before enjoying a cold refreshing Heineken®. The new commercial launches worldwide today. Seabird is currently available only in Wisconsin and the Chicago region.

“We thought creating something new, based on someone who played such an integral part in pioneering brewing in this country, was a really romantic and deserving story that consumers would be interested in hearing,” said Matt Bruhn, Pabst general manager.

The new IPA is highly sessionable, according to Pabst.  It’s brewed with Magnum, Citra, Cascade, and Mosaic hops.

Pabst also said it is relaunching its Milwaukee taproom as Captain Pabst’s Pilot House.

“The Captain Pabst Signature Series will feature new and exciting, quality brews the Captain would have crafted generations ago. Beyond beer, the venue experience includes the addition of a craft spirits program, where spirits are blended and barrel-aged in-house, an expanded merchandise offering, and a loyalty program called the ‘Blue Jacket Club’,” the company said.
