EARI Plans to Buy Railway City Brewing

Entertainment Arts Research Inc. signed a letter of intent to buy Railway City Brewing Co. , a craft brewery located in St. Thomas, Ont., Canada.  The move follows EARI’s acquisition of Bell City Brewing Co., Brantford, Ont., in January.  “These two acquisitions will accelerate our growth into the robust market of craft brewing” said EARI Group CEO Bernard Rubin and added “The EARI Beverage Group is now well on track with the development of a diversified, growing, and profitable beverage portfolio.”
