Reyes is ceo of Reyes Beverage Group, the largest beer distributor in the U.S. which distributes more than 151 million cases of beer to over 57,000 retail accounts each year. It represents Boston Beer, Constellation Beer, Diageo-Guinness, Dogfish Head Craft Brewery, Firestone Walker, Heineken USA, Mark Anthony Brands, Lagunitas, MillerCoors, New Belgium, Pabst, Sierra Nevada, Yuengling and others.
His brothers Jude and Christopher Reyes run Reyes Holdings, the exclusive distributor for Coca-Cola in the Chicago area and Northwest Indiana and the biggest distributor for McDonald’s.
Other beverage execs with homes in South Florida include Edward M. Brown, the president and CEO of the Patrón Spirits Co.; Stephen Levin, founder of Gold Coast Beverage Distributor, which was sold to Reyes in 2015, and Peter Busch Orthwein, great-great grandson of Adolphus Busch, founder of Anheuser-Busch. Orthwein is chairman of a recreational car manufacturer.
