Crystal Creek Farms Pays $4,000 Compromise for Spirits in Wine

Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau accepted a $4,000 offer in compromise from Crystal Creek Farms, Hillman, Minn., bonded winery.  Crystal Creek allegedly used grain neutral spirits in the commercial production of wine.  That led to the underpayment of tax, TTB said.
